Woefkesranch places great importance on the transparency and reliability of consumer reviews. In this review policy we explain how reviews are collected, checked, moderated and published, in accordance with the Code of Economic Law.
1. Who can write a review?
Reviews displayed on our website come from customers who actually purchased an animal from Woefkesranch.
Additionally, reviews about Woefkesranch can also be posted on external platforms such as Google and Trustpilot. In principle, anyone can leave a review on these platforms. Woefkesranch does not have full control over this, but systematically invites customers who made a purchase with us to share their experience there.
2. How are reviews collected?
- After purchase we systematically ask all customers to write a review via Google or Trustpilot.
- In addition, we also receive spontaneous responses from customers via email, WhatsApp, Facebook or other communication channels.
Writing a review is always voluntary.
3. Verification of review authenticity
Woefkesranch does not perform automated or formal verification, but checks the authenticity of reviews manually.
We verify whether the review comes from a person we recognize as a customer (based on name, purchase, communication history or other internal data).
Reviews that we determine or strongly suspect are not from a genuine customer are not published or are removed.
4. Selection and publication of reviews
On our website we publish a selection of the positive reviews that we receive from customers.

It is clearly stated with the reviews that they are a selection of positive customer experiences.
5. Rejection of reviews
Reviews may be refused or removed if:
- they are untrue or misleading;
- they did not come from a Woefkesranch customer;
- they are offensive, defamatory or inappropriate;
6. Modification of reviews
Reviews are not edited for content.
In exceptional cases we may:
- remove names or identifiable information to protect customers’ privacy;
- correct obvious typing or spelling mistakes, without changing the meaning or opinion of the review.
7. Ordering of reviews
Reviews on our website are displayed chronologically, with the most recent reviews first.
8. Compensation or benefits
Woefkesranch never pays for reviews and does not grant any compensation, discount or other benefit in exchange for writing a review.
9. Reporting (possible) fake reviews
If you suspect that a review is incorrect or false, you can report it via:
