PRICES
The stated prices and any promotions apply only at the time they appear on the website. All prices include VAT, but exclude any possible shipping costs.
PURCHASE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the dog. By taking possession, you lawfully accept these general terms and conditions in full. The purchase contract only becomes final when it is confirmed by the buyer’s payment of the total price.
DELIVERY
In the case of delivery of a puppy, an appointment will always be arranged by phone in advance. Accessories will be delivered within one week. Any damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Otherwise there is no entitlement to return or replacement of the goods.
RESERVATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you reserve a puppy, you pay a reservation fee. This fee covers the specific service that begins immediately. This consists of exclusively holding the puppy for you, the administrative processing, as well as the daily care and feeding of the puppy during the reservation period.
In accordance with Article VI.45, §1, 8° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, we draw your attention to the following:
Loss of the right of withdrawal: You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance of the contract has fully begun. Since the obligation to reserve and care for the puppy is carried out definitively immediately after payment, the reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Immediate commencement: By agreeing to our terms when making the reservation, you expressly request that the service (the reservation and care) begin immediately.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation or modification of an order is possible up to 24 hours before delivery. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation. If a puppy reservation is cancelled, the reservation fees are not refunded, as they cover accommodation costs (food and care).
COMPLAINTS
Complaints can be sent by email to [email protected]. Woefkesranch undertakes to process and respond to each complaint within 7 working days.
WARRANTY
Our puppies are sold with the mandatory statutory warranty of the Ministry of Agriculture.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to the sender. Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
